We understand the disappointment and frustration of feeling like there is something better for you out there, but not knowing where to turn first. That’s why our mission is simple: give our clients the wellness education, tools, and resources that they need to feel happy, healthy, and capable of managing their own health issues. Our Story


Kelly(L)  and Florence (R), here! We're the founders of Plant Yourself Healthy.  A bit about us so you know who you're dealing with! We're regular ladies who happen to have kids and husbands and a nagging need to share knowledge.  We first met, many years ago in Chappaqua, NY, during a meeting for a service trip to Pine Ridge, the most impoverished Indian Reservation in the country. We met again as volunteers at our local volunteer ambulance corps, this time as volunteer EMTs. We discovered that we had quite a lot in common; a desire to help others, a deep interest in health-related subjects, and a passion for whole food plant-based nutrition. We are both certificated in Plant-Based Nutrition from eCornell's T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies. From that time on, we really got going!  We enthusiastically attended medical conferences, lectures, and plant-based nutrition events and discovered that many people want to eat fewer animal products, but either they feel it's overwhelming and don't know how to start, or they believe it will just be too hard.  That was the precise reason why we started Plant Yourself Healthy, a comprehensive whole food plant-based lifestyle coaching program. We enable, guide, and support you to change your dietary habits to prevent, stop or reverse chronic disease. We are very excited to be your partner on this life-changing journey.
