When you feel stuck in old and unhealthy habits, it is sometimes difficult to break them. That's where a coach can be beneficial.
In our coaching sessions, I will not tell you what to do; instead, we will engage in a thought-provoking process that will positively change your situation. We will design a Wellness Vision, and you'll learn how to set SMART goals in all areas of interest or concern.
We will be moving from an "I can't" to an "I will" mindset. In the process, you'll build confidence to overcome negative thinking. You will sort through your barriers and come up with possible solutions. I will help you connect with your motivators, strengths, and core values and help you find more clarity in where you want to go and why you want to go there.
Once you've found these strong motivators and know your barriers, it's time to design an action plan. I will assist you in creating and committing to it through experimenting with your strategies for success because those are the ones that are more likely to stick. The process will be one of trial and learning, when growth takes place and when our self-efficacy improves. You'll develop life-long skills that often spill over into other areas of your life.
