We know how overwhelming it can be to change your eating habits. Many people understand why it is important to eat more fruit and vegetables and to limit the consumption of animal foods. But in real life making these changes is not so easy. How do you begin, and what can you eat and what should you crowd out?
In these coaching sessions we help you with the practical part of transitioning to a whole food plant-based lifestyle. Together we discover how you can substitute your favorite not so healthy foods for healthier ones. We teach you what to look for on food labels, e.g percentage of fat, (hidden) sugars, sodium levels and and amounts of fiber. There is always the big question of getting enough protein on a plant-based diet, no worrie, we'll cover that as well!
